British lamb salami awarded by The Guild of Fine Food

We’re delighted that our British Lucanian Lamb Salami has been awarded a star at The Great Taste Awards in 2018! Our newest addition to our British cured meat range was released in early 2018 and has already proved popular.

The lamb salami has been recreated from an ancient Roman recipe and is a delicious combination of succulent and smoky mutton, with herbs, spices and pine nuts.

Here’s what the Great Taste judges said:

“A soft cured salami, that enjoys the slightly smoked flavour from the mutton and interesting spice combinations.”

“Dark in appearance and with a good complex aroma.  An unusual flavour and texture.”
